Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant mainstream primary school? We are seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant (leyland) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.
About the RoleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)

*Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy

*Provide in-class support to enhance learning and engagement

*Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required

*Contribute to planning, assessment and pupil progress tracking

*Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND

*Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment

What We Are Looking For*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

*Experience working within a mainstream primary setting

*Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4+ in English and Maths or equivalent)

*Excellent communication and teamwork skills

*A proactive, flexible and nurturing approach

*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
