Job Description:
Our client is a privately backed, growing consultancy of around 30 professionals based in Central London. They specialise in delivering tailored surveying and project management services across commercial real estate, with a strong pipeline of work throughout London and the Home Counties. As part of their strategic growth plans, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to play a key role in the continued development of the Building Surveying division.
Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits:
*Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
*Employer pension contribution of 3%
*Private healthcare (after probation)
*Quarterly staff socials
*£75 birthday bonus

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview:
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of professional and project work across commercial buildings. This includes dilapidations, acquisition surveys, contract administration, and project management. You will work closely with a dynamic team on projects across London and the Home Counties, with occasional national travel.
This position offers genuine progression to take a leading role in the growth of the Building Surveying division as the business continues to expand.
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements:
*MRICS qualification (essential)
*Proven experience delivering professional and project work within commercial property
*Strong technical knowledge across dilapidations, acquisition surveys, contract administration, and project management
*Excellent client-facing and report-writing skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver to high standards
*Full UK driving licence
