Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Road & Air Freight Operator to manage import and export shipments while delivering a premium white glove customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:*Handle end-to-end road and air freight shipments (import & export)
*Arrange collections, deliveries, and customs clearance
*Liaise with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents, and customers
*Prepare shipping documentation (AWBs, CMRs, invoices, etc.)
*Provide proactive updates and resolve shipment queries
*Ensure compliance with customs and company procedures
Requirements:*Minimum 2 years’ freight forwarding experience (road and/or air)
*Strong knowledge of UK import/export procedures
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
