The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently. Responsibilities
*Carry out cleaning duties in various domestic properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
*Manage your own schedule to accommodate client appointments and optimise your working hours.
*Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
*Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
*Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and responsibly.
*Keep accurate records of completed jobs and client preferences for future reference.
Requirements
*Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is essential.
*Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for ease of travel between locations.
*Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to understand client needs clearly.
*Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and reliability at all times.
*Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and organise your workload effectively.
