This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:*Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

*Teach English Language and English Literature

*Plan lessons, assess student work, and provide constructive feedback

*Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of learners of all abilities

*Work collaboratively within the English department on curriculum planning and enrichment

*Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes reading, critical thinking, and confident expression

The Ideal Candidate:*A qualified English Teacher with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)

*Strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for English

*A reflective practitioner committed to raising student attainment

*Confident behaviour management and classroom presence

*A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
