This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving mentoring and professional development to support your journey towards teacher training.
The Role:As a Graduate Teacher, you will:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons in your subject specialism
*Support pupils’ learning across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)
*Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors
*Develop your classroom management and teaching skills
*Contribute to the wider school community
This role is ideal for graduates considering PGCE, School Direct or other teacher training pathways.
We Are Looking For:*A UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)
*A passion for education and working with young people
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confidence, resilience and a willingness to learn
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
What the Programme Offers:*Paid classroom experience
*Ongoing mentoring and support
*Access to CPD and training opportunities
*Clear progression routes into teacher training
