Job Description:
A highly regarded property consultancy in South London is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver mixed-use developments. This Project Manager role is ideal for a confident construction project manager seeking greater client exposure. The Project Manager will manage residential and commercial schemes ranging from £5m-£30m.
The Project Manager will oversee procurement, programme and cost management while acting as Employer’s Agent and coordinating consultants and contractors throughout delivery.
The ’Project Manager’s’ role * Manage JCT contracts
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
* Monitor programme and cost control
* Chair progress meetings
* Manage project risk
* You must have prior construction consultancxy epeience to be considered for this role.
The ’Project Manager’ * Degree qualified
* MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB desirable
* Strong consultancy background essential
* Mixed-use project experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills
