Assure Personnel is thrilled to be recruiting for this Buyer position on behalf of a manufacturing client. Our client is a specialist in creating unique, high-quality products, and they are now looking for a commercially minded professional to join their expanding team. *Order Management: Proactively manage the full order cycle, from raising accurate purchase orders to coordinating pro-forma payments with the accounts team.
*Supplier Performance: Monitor and record supplier delivery and quality, resolving any issues or delays to maintain consistent service.
*Compliance & Records: Ensure all purchasing activities meet requirements and maintain precise documentation, including inventory and stock sheets.
*Continuous Improvement: Support cost-saving initiatives and develop purchasing strategies for non-standard projects.
