Commercial Finance Business Partner – The Role
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you’ll lead FP&A using forecasting, modelling and data insight to shape strategy, improve profitability and drive business performance.
*Own FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
*Deliver insight-led reporting, variance analysis and performance tracking
*Partner with senior stakeholders to influence pricing, profitability and growth
*Build KPIs and generate actionable commercial insights
*Analyse and manipulate data to support decision-making
*Drive reporting automation, systems improvements and data quality
*Support audits, ESG reporting and key finance initiatives
*Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement
Commercial Finance Business Partner – What are we looking for?
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is preferrable, but would consider part-qualified with strong practical experience
*Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
*Proven FP&A experience across forecasting and budgeting
*Confident influencing senior stakeholders
*Experience improving systems, processes and reporting
*Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
