Job Description:
Administrator (Team Assistant)
Manchester - full time office based
Permanent contract - part time working available
£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience (hours pro-rated for part time)
Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced administrator (internally titled team assistant) to join our team based from our offices in Salford, Manchester. In this role you will provide professional and reliable reception and administration support to our team.
This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey, and we would be open to someone joining on part time hours over 5 days.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
*Ensure that our safety first and foremost message is visible and alive through all activities undertaken.
*Front of house cover, meeting clients, making parking arrangements and looking after meeting rooms
*Deliver a competent and professional administration service to support all team members, be a point of contact for all stakeholders and effectively deal with enquiries, escalating when necessary.
*Monitor and maintain stationery requirements, ordering in a timely manner.
*Maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrable experience in providing administration support, proficient in Microsoft packages (word, excel etc)
Good literacy and communication skills
