Job Description:
A highly respected independent estate agency in the Benfleet area is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful and close-knit team.
This is a prime opportunity for a driven property professional who thrives on winning instructions, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role:
As the successful Sales Valuer, you will be at the forefront of the business, generating valuation leads, attending appointments, and converting opportunities into new instructions. You’ll be supported with a strong flow of pre-booked valuations, allowing you to focus on what you do best: listing and winning business.
Our client is offering the successful Valuer:
*Basic of upto £28,000 (depending on experience)
*£35,000 OTE
*Strong commission structure
*Career progression
*5-day working week
*Ongoing training & support
*Full diary of valuations
To be considered for the role of Valuer you must have the following experience:
*Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing
*Local knowledge would be advantageous
*Highly driven and motivated
*Well presented with a confident manner
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
