This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd time mover to work in a business that prides themselves on their internal opportunities, covering AR but also getting involved in AP and month-end.

Description
· Oversee and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
· Process and reconcile customer payments efficiently.
· Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
· Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
· Prepare financial reports and updates for management.
· Assist with month-end closing activities.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Support the accounting & finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:
· 1-3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
· Knowledge of the construction industry preferrable.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
