What will you be doing?


*Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
*Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
*Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving problems efficiently and escalating when needed.
*Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows (desirable).
*Assist colleagues with IT tools, providing guidance, training, and clear documentation.
*Monitor and maintain devices to ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met.
*Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and enhance the end-user experience.


What experience do you need?


*Hands-on experience providing IT support in a workplace environment.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
*Familiarity with ITIL.
*Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.


Desirable


*Exposure to automation, AI-powered tools, or monitoring platforms.
*Experience with PowerShell and/or Power Automate.
