Job Title: Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 base salary

The role focuses on providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients while ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing:
*Provide professional mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients’ individual financial circumstances
*Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage and insurance solutions
*Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to completion
*Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient application process
*Stay up to date with mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
*CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
*1-2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
*Strong understanding of mortgage products and protection solutions
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A proactive and client-focused approach
