Head of PMO

Location - UK Remote - Ad-hoc travel required.
Robert Walters has partnered with a leading organisation in their search for a Head of PMO. We are seeking an experienced professional who has successfully established and led a PMO function, implementing best-in-class project governance frameworks and tools to support a major transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own the end-to-end tracking of planned cost-down impacts for each project.
*Produce consolidated project reporting for leadership review, providing detailed analysis at both summary and project levels.
*Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across concurrent projects, identifying resource conflicts and sequencing risks.
*Partner with business leaders to drive adoption of business initiatives.
*Track milestones and risks across the entire portfolio.
Skills & Experience:
*Professional Project Management qualification in one of the following (or equivalent): PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP.
*Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and hold individuals accountable.
*Commercially intelligent, with the ability to connect project outputs to financial impact effectively.
