Assure Personnel Ltd is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and long-established leader in high-quality performance manufacturing. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their team, they are based on the outskirts of Braintree, Essex.
Role Overview
As a Sales Administrator, you will be the central point of coordination between customers, the estimating team, and senior leadership. Your role is essential in ensuring clients receive accurate quotations, clear communication, and a seamless journey from their initial enquiry through to a confirmed order.
Key Responsibilities:
*Workflow Management: Coordinate projects from the first quote to final sale, ensuring timely follow-ups and administrative accuracy at every stage.
*Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for updates and queries, building strong relationships to support repeat business.
*Internal Liaison: Work closely with the estimating team to align on priorities, project timelines, and workload distribution.
*CRM & Documentation: Maintain the CRM system with precision, ensuring all interactions, project updates, and documents are fully up to date.
*Sales Reporting: Compile performance reports for the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights on pipeline progress, conversion rates, and key activity metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience: Proven background in sales administration, customer service, or sales support-ideally within a technical or manufacturing environment.
*Skills: Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks at once.
*Technical Literacy: Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook.
*Mindset: A proactive, detail-driven professional with a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to high service standards.
