Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Bath and nearby communities. With strong partnerships in the area, we’re able to offer reliable, ongoing work for motivated and committed individuals.
Whether you’re building experience before teacher training, returning to work, changing careers, or already working in education, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Driving is essential for this role.
Many schools we work with are in semi-rural and rural locations, so candidates must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable placements.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering structured, pre-set lessons in the absence of teachers
* Creating a calm, focused, and positive classroom environment
* Supporting pupils to stay engaged and productive
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity
