Junior Design Engineer

£35,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

Witney, Oxfordshire (Can be located: Oxford, Swindon, Cirencester, Chipping Norton, Wantage, Faringdon, Bicester, Didcot)


Do you have Design experience, looking for a highly-varied role where you can see your creations brought to life, assist with shop floor duties and have full autonomy?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global-manufacturer, who are allowing you to become the go-to technical expert, in which they will invest through training and progression.

This company are a multi-million pound supplier of Industrial equipment into a range of sectors. Due to consistent growth this is a new role within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for the Mechanical Design of components, tooling and new products. You will also support the development of these through Operating Machinery, Testing and Quality assessment.

This role would suit a Design Engineer who enjoys being involved from concept through to manufacture, and the ability to progress.


The Role:
*Mechanical design of components, assemblies, tooling, and production fixtures
*Working closely with manufacturing to resolve engineering and production issues
*Monday - Friday days role within a manufacturing environment
The Person:
*Mechanical Engineering background
*Experience with CAD / Design
*Commutable to Witney
