HGV Class 2 Driver – Ongoing Work – £18.06ph – Leyton (E10)

WPRG are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing work with our client based in Leyton (E10).
This role involves multi-drop deliveries of baked goods to retailers and distribution points using a Class 2 vehicle.

Shift Pattern*Weekend work required
*Weekly rota provided one week in advance
*Start times between 00:00 – 04:00
*Night / early morning starts
*Flexibility required within these hours
The RoleYour duties will include:
*Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles
*Multi-drop deliveries of baked goods
*Deliveries to retail locations and distribution points
*Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
*Ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in excellent condition
*Following driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Pay & Benefits*£18.06 per hour – 7 days per week

RequirementsTo apply for this role you must have:
*Minimum 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience
*Experience in Class 2 multi-drop deliveries
*Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
*Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
*Maximum 6 penalty points for minor offences only
* (No DD, DR, IN or CD codes)
*Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive
*Good communication and customer service skills
A driving assessment and theory test will be required as part of the pre-employment process.
