Warehouse Team Leader – Nights
Rotherham
£15.82 per hour
Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader (Nights) on behalf of Takis based in Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with logistics or warehouse experience who is looking to take on team leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure finished goods are wrapped, picked and loaded onto dispatch vehicles accurately and on time during the night shift
*Liaise with production to maintain stock flow and meet customer demand
*Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
*Maintain GMP standards and ensure the warehouse is audit ready
*Promote a safe working environment, adhering to risk assessments and reporting issues
*Operate CBT/Reach trucks when required and complete daily FLT checks
*Support labour planning, team supervision and 1-2-1 reviews
*Complete necessary paperwork and support general warehouse operations
*Deputise for the Logistics Lead when required
Requirements
*Valid CBT/Reach FLT licence
*Previous logistics or warehouse experience
*Good communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced night shift environment
*Flexible team player with a proactive approach
