The Role:
*Minimum 3 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor
*Manage your own caseload with a proven track record as a fee earner
*Handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
*Deliver matters efficiently, meeting time and fee targets
*Support and develop assistants and paralegals
*Confident handling client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by phone
*IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems
*Commercially aware with a focus on fee generation and business targets
