Job Title: Town Planner
Location: Essex (Hybrid Working Available)

A well-established and growing property development and planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Town Planner to join their expanding team in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated planning professional to work on a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use development projects across the South East.
Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will play a key role in managing planning applications, providing strategic planning advice, and supporting clients through the development process.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation
*Provide clear and commercially focused planning advice to clients
*Manage planning projects from early feasibility through to determination
*Liaise with local planning authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
*Undertake site appraisals and planning research
*Assist with planning strategies for residential and mixed-use developments
*Monitor planning policy and legislative changes
About You*Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
*Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)
*Previous experience within a planning consultancy, developer, or local authority
*Strong report writing and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*A proactive and commercially minded approach
