Job Description:
About the Role
A specialist Alternative Provision in Romford is looking for a committed SEN Tutor to support students with additional needs and barriers to learning.
The role involves delivering personalised academic support and helping students rebuild confidence in education.
Responsibilities
*Deliver small group or 1:1 lessons in core subjects
*Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
*Support students with SEMH and additional learning needs
*Track progress and support personalised learning plans
*Work closely with pastoral and behaviour teams
Requirements
*Experience tutoring or teaching young people with SEN
*Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students
*Flexible and creative teaching approach
*Passion for inclusive education
