Teaching Assistant - Primary School | Hammersmith and Fulham

Academics is delighted to be working in partnership with a friendly, inclusive, and high-performing primary school that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join their team from April 2026.

Role Details
*Location:Hammersmith and Fulham
*Start Date:April 2026
*Contract:Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Pay:£95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
*Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), delivering 1:1 and small-group support
*Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
*Implement positive behaviour strategies and support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and regulation
*Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*Have previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
*Be patient, proactive, and supportive
*Have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
