About the RoleWe are seeking reliable, adaptable Teaching Assistants who can support children’s learning, provide classroom assistance, and help create a positive, inclusive environment. As a supply TA with Tradewind, you’ll enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work while gaining experience across a variety of schools.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
*Providing one-to-one or small group support
*Assisting with phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
*Helping maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment
*Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Supporting children with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with children (school, nursery or childcare settings desirable)
*A calm, patient and proactive approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
