Job Description:
Secondary schools in Kingston upon Thames are working alongside Tradewind looking for committed and flexible Cover Supervisors to join their team. You’ll be covering a range of subjects, delivering pre-planned lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Duties:
*Leading classroom activities in line with provided plans
*Supporting students’ learning and progress
*Maintaining discipline and following school behaviour policies
*Providing feedback to teaching staff
Essential Skills:
*Strong communication and classroom presence
*Reliability and adaptability
*Previous experience with young people
*An up-to-date DBS
