Teaching Assistant - Year 1 (Long Eaton)
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them thrive?
Tradewind are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly Year 1 team at a welcoming primary school in Long Eaton.
The role:
*Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities.
*Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
*Helping to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
*Assisting with classroom organisation and learning resources.
About you:
*Previous experience working with children (school-based or other childcare roles).
*A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
*A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their best.
