As a Graduate Development Surveyor, you will support senior surveyors and partners across a range of development consultancy instructions. This is a varied position offering strong professional development and hands-on project involvement.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with development appraisals and financial viability assessments

*Supporting on strategic land and development consultancy projects

*Undertaking market research and analysis to support client advice

*Assisting with site identification, acquisition, and disposal

*Preparing reports, presentations, and client briefings

*Liaising with landowners, developers, planners, and professional consultants

*Supporting the planning promotion and land strategy process

*Assisting in preparing documentation for land and development transactions

About YouThe successful candidate will be motivated, analytical, and keen to develop a career in property development consultancy.
You will ideally have:
*A degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Rural Land Management, or similar

*An interest in land, planning, and development

*Strong analytical and numerical skills

*Excellent communication and report writing abilities

*Good organisational skills and attention to detail

*A proactive and professional approach

*A full UK driving licence (preferred)
