Job Title: Technical Administrator
Location: Tring (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 base salary
A client is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their team in Tring on a hybrid basis. This role plays a key part in supporting the wider business by ensuring efficient administrative processes and maintaining high standards of client service.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent support within a collaborative team environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide technical and administrative support to advisers and internal teams
* Prepare documentation and manage client records accurately
* Assist with processing applications and maintaining case files
* Communicate with clients, lenders, and providers when required
* Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to maintaining an efficient and organised office environment
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
* Previous administrative experience within financial services is advantageous
* Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
