The Role - education and training sector
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with SEN
*Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
*Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
*Monitor student progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
*Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development


The Ideal SEN Class Teacher - Stevenage
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)
*Patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
