A specialist alternative provision in Cheltenham is seeking a motivated and resilient Psychology Graduate to support secondary-aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for aspiring psychologists wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment.
The Role
*Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
*Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
*Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
*Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist setting
