Junior Digital Product Analyst
London - 4 days in office
£38,000 + benefits
A leading UK retail group is looking for a Junior Digital Product Analyst to join their growing Product Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital analytics who wants exposure to high-traffic eCommerce platforms across multiple well-known consumer brands.
You’ll work closely with product and digital teams to analyse website and app performance, support checkout and feature optimisation, and build reporting and dashboards used across the business.
Key Responsibilities*Analyse customer journeys and conversion funnels across web and app
*Support product analytics initiatives and help establish best practices
*Build dashboards and reporting for stakeholders across the business
*Work with data to identify opportunities to improve checkout and key website features
*Provide insights into user behaviour, conversion, and performance metrics
Requirements*1-2 years’ experience in digital or product analytics
*Understanding of website analytics and conversion funnels
*Experience with SQL
*Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar
*Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable working with Excel and data analysis
