Credit Controller (Temp) - Start ASAP | Near Chippenham

We’re working exclusively with a highly successful business near Chippenham where temporary staff are welcomed and part of the team. It’s the kind of place people join and then never want to leave.
Right now, they need a Credit Controller with strong Accounts Receivable experience to jump in and support the team for around 3 months (with possible extension).
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing client accounts

*Raising and sending daily/monthly invoices

*Handling queries, credits and adjustments

*Maintaining and updating the sales ledger

*Monitoring and updating the Aged Debtor listing

*Chasing and collecting payments/Credit Control

*Allocating cash to invoices and credit notes

*Keeping vendor portals updated

*Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

You’ll need:
*Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience

*Availability to start at short notice

*Happy working in the office 5 days a week

*A proactive, organised approach
