CALL CENTRE ROLES - INBOUND/OUTBOUND.
Call centre agents required for a small team based in Southampton.
Main duties:
*To take inbound/outbound calls and arrange bookings.
*Generating a interest.
*To book where possible no selling is involved.
*To assist with exceptional customer service.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (NOT ESSENTIAL):
*FULL TRAINING PROGRAMME PROVIDED.
*Confident on the phone
*Strong verbal & written communication skills
