Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Finchley- Barnet
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS & Year 1. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in April
Key Requirements:
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
*Proven experience supporting within EYFS & Year 1
*Familiarity with Little Wandle or Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics programmes
*Strong behaviour management skills
*Solid experience providing 1:1 support, particularly for pupils with additional needs
*Confident working with children with SEN, including those with EHCPs
Role Overview:
*Start Date: April 2026
*Contract: Full-time, long-term (academic year)
*Key Stage: EYFS & Year 1
*Location: Barnet- Edgware
*Hours: 08:30-15:30
