The RoleWe are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding, and adaptability. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting young people in their day-to-day lives, helping them feel safe, valued, and empowered.
ResponsibilitiesYour role will include:
*Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young person at all times
*Building meaningful emotional engagement and positive relationships
*Assisting the young person with personal care where required
*Planning and participating in activities and outings
*Transporting the young person to meetings, school, and appointments
*Preparing meals for the young person
*Maintaining cleanliness and order within the home environment
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must:
*Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
*Have full Right to Work in the UK
*Be willing to travel for work
*Be able to obtain and maintain a clean DBS check
