Sonographer (Part-Time) – Numi Scan Chelmsford
Hours: Part-time
Location: Baddow, Central Chelmsford
Essential Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Obstetric Sonographer
*Expert in Obstetric Ultrasound
*Registered with HCPC, NMC, GMC, SoR or BMUS
*Strong patient-centred approach and excellent communication skills
About the Role
Numi Scan Chelmsford is a modern, purpose-built 4D ultrasound clinic with brand-new imaging technology. We are seeking an experienced Sonographer who can deliver exceptional patient care and maintain the highest clinical and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform a full range of prenatal scans including early reassurance, dating, gender and 4D
*Produce high-quality ultrasound images and videos
*Maintain accurate records and make high-quality NHS referrals when required
*Optional: provide phlebotomy services for NIPT screening
*Ensure patient dignity, comfort and safety at all times
*Work with management to maintain a premium client experience
*Support the development of new diagnostic services
*Follow fetal ultrasound safety guidelines such as ALARA
*Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness within the clinic
Qualifications & Skills
*Qualified Obstetric Sonographer with recent experience
*Registered with HCPC, NMC, GMC, SoR or BMUS
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
