Caretaker Required
Location: Chatham
Position: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Academics are working with an excellent and friendly school based in Chatham that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Caretaker to join their site team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
*Completing general maintenance duties.
*Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
*Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
*Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
Requirements:
*Previous site/premises experience required.
*School experience is an advantage but not essential.
*Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
*General maintenance experience.
*Reliability and a strong work ethic.
