Paralegal - Private Client

Join a well-established and long-standing law firm as a Private Client Paralegal. This role offers the chance to manage a busy and well-organised caseload within a close-knit team that prioritises high-quality client care and accurate file management.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage an existing and well-maintained portfolio of Private Client matters including estate administration, inheritance tax forms, wills, and general lifetime planning.
*Work alongside an experienced Private Client Assistant to ensure smooth progression of files.
*Take ownership of ongoing cases following a comprehensive handover.
*Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with empathy and professionalism.
*Support the directors with wider departmental tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong experience as a Paralegal within Private Client work.
*Ability to independently manage files with confidence and attention to detail.
*Familiarity with inheritance tax documentation, probate processes, and distribution of assets.
*A proactive approach and the ability to integrate quickly into an established team.
