Our client is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), ASD, behavioural needs and personal care requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing, well-resourced setting that offers excellent support and training for staff committed to inclusive education.
The Role:
*Support students of all age groups (from 3-19)
*Assist with daily routines, learning activities, personal care, and mobility needs
*Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
*Use non-verbal communication strategies
*Promote a safe, structured and caring environment for learning and development
Requirements:
*Experience in SEND, care, or educational settings
*Comfortable with personal care and high-needs support
*Patient, kind-natured and physically fit for a hands-on role
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
