*Make outbound calls and build relationships with existing clients
*Identify and secure new business opportunities
*Take detailed job specifications and manage client expectations
*Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report back to your team
*Attend team meetings and contribute to business development
What We’re Looking For
*Previous sales or recruitment experience (essential)
*Passion for IT/Technology
*Target-driven, ambitious, and confident
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*Positive attitude and a hunger to succeed

*Location: Epsom
*Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
*Holiday: 20 days, rising to 25 with service
