A fast-growing, privately owned group, specialising in the hospitality and consumer sectors, is seeking a strategic Group Finance Director to lead finance at board level. With ambitious expansion plans across both the UK and US, this is an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategy across a dynamic, multi-brand, multi-site business.
What You’ll Do:
*Shape and execute group-wide financial strategy
*Oversee budgets, forecasts, and risk across multiple sites
*Partner with operational teams to optimize commercial performance
*Lead and develop a high-performing finance function
*Drive M&A activity, acquisitions, and integration initiatives
*Get hands-on with the finance function – spotting opportunities, implementing efficiencies, and delivering cost savings
You Are:
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with senior finance leadership experience
*Experienced in leading a finance function in a multi-brand or multi-site environment
*Proven M&A experience and commercial acumen
*Board-level communicator, decisive, and commercially minded
*People-oriented leader who can inspire and develop teams
*Practical, "penny-wise" mindset with a focus on cost control and value creation
