Senior Contracts Manager - Facilities Management Services
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + benefits
Location: Northampton

As Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee compliance, financial performance, and service delivery within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:
*Manage commercial and compliance aspects of the Total FM PFI contract.
*Provide expert guidance on contractual obligations and risks.

*Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value-for-money solutions.
What You Bring:
*Proven experience managing large-scale FM contracts (PFI preferred).
*Professional qualifications (CIPS/RICS) or working towards them.
*Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in CAFM systems.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
