Overview
A successful and expanding business is on the lookout for a NEW Office Coordinator to join their friendly family-run team. This highly respected in their field, and offers genuine opportunities for long-term progression as the role develops.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll become a key part of the day-to-day running of the office, supporting project activity, managing logistics, coordinating site requirements, and handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. No two days are the same, and for the right person, this role offers tremendous scope to grow a career in operations.
This position is Monday–Friday, full-time office-based.
Salary is dependent on experience. Higher salaries can be discussed.
Duties
*Handling general enquiries over the phone and by email
*Working closely with the senior team on day-to-day priorities
*Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
*Managing on-site equipment and coordinating stock
*Booking lodgings and travel arrangements for site-based teams
*Assisting with the preparation and collation of site reports
*Supporting scheduling, planning and operational documentation
*Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams when necessary
*Providing general office support to keep operations running smoothly
*Taking on additional responsibilities as the role grows over time
