Job Description:
Venn Group have partnered with a well known Private Hospital (Marylebone) to find an Interim International Patient Advocate. The successful candidate will provide translation services, assist with day-to-day needs, and act as a key point of contact to ensure a smooth, reassuring and high-quality experience for patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
*Provide face-to-face support for Arabic-speaking patients, including help with reports, appointments and general queries.
*Deliver accurate verbal and written translation between English and Arabic.
*Facilitate communication between patients and clinical teams.
*Conduct daily inpatient visits and document updates in patient records.
*Welcome and register new international patients, ensuring accurate information is captured.
*Liaise with internal teams, consultants, medical secretaries and patient coordinators.
*Assist with non-clinical needs such as local information, hotels and transport.
*Ensure government-sponsored patients have valid letters of guarantee before treatment.
Requirements:
*Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken), with the ability to translate medical terminology.
*Experience in healthcare, hospitality or a customer-facing role
*Strong customer service skills and a patient-centred approach.
Applicants must be immediately available to start a new role
