About the Role We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on role responsible for the full AP cycle, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure accurate, timely processing.
After the first two months working onsite, the role moves to a hybrid pattern.
Key Responsibilities *Manage the full end-to-end Accounts Payable process
*Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries promptly
*Prepare and process payment runs
*Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
*Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end activities
*Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
*Use SAP daily for invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting
About You *Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
*Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential)
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
*Able to start immediately
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
