Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Room Leader Potential
Location: Streatham, London (SW16)
Salary: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour | Up to £29,120 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 or 5 Day Week Options (8am – 6pm)
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-quality care and inspiring early education experiences.
*Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity.
*Observe and record children’s development, sharing milestones with parents.
*Support daily routines (meals, hygiene, and rest) with a focus on wellbeing.
*Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized nursery environment.
*Collaborate with a friendly team to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
*Qualification: Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (full and relevant).
*Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
*Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding, and SEND.
*Leadership: The ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team.
*Communication: Proven skills in building positive partnerships with parents.
*Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
