Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
*Provide tailored reading and literacy support for children with complex SEN
*Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and communication styles
*Use structured approaches to support phonics, comprehension, and engagement with reading
*Build positive relationships and encourage confidence in learning
*Monitor progress and provide feedback where required
The Ideal Candidate
*Experience working with children or young people with complex SEN
*Background in education, SEN support, tutoring, or care work is highly desirable
*Understanding of strategies used to support learners with additional needs
*Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
