Job Description:
Robert Half is partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, month-end processes, and supporting multiple legal entities within a dynamic global business.
£38,000 - £42,000 plus study support, bonus and hybrid working
Key Responsibilities*Support preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
*Perform checks, corrections and manual journal adjustments where required
*Perform month-end close activities, including pre-close checks
*Prepare and post accruals and journal entries
*Identify and correct discrepancies in reporting
*Assist with monthly cash forecasting
*Maintain Fixed Asset registers
*Post depreciation and asset adjustments across accounting standards
*Support financial year-end inventory accounting processes
*Support internal and external audit requests
*Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations
About YouWe are looking for someone with strong accounting fundamentals and experience working within a structured finance environment.
Person specification:
*Currently studying CIMA/ACCA
*At least 3+ years’ accounting experience
*Strong knowledge of management accounting
*Experience with VAT, accruals, payroll journals, and statutory reporting
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
*A structured, organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines
