Description
*Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
*Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the accounting & finance department.
*Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
*Maintain and improve financial controls and reporting processes.
*Work collaboratively with other teams to provide financial support and guidance.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
*Proven experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software, such as Excel and ERP systems.
*A thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
